Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a family-owned early childhood education provider with 17 purpose-built campuses across South East Queensland, covering the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, and Redland Bay. Founded by Jae Fraser in 2014, the organisation began following the acquisition of a single campus on the northern Gold Coast. Since its establishment, Little Scholars has expanded into one of the region's largest independent early learning networks, supporting over 7,000 children and employing more than 500 staff across its centres.

Jae Fraser, the founder of Little Scholars School of Early Learning, has more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and care. He holds university qualifications in education, early childhood, and business management and has developed professional experience across teaching, centre operations, and executive leadership in Australia and internationally. Fraser has also contributed to the development of some of Australia's largest early learning organisations. His involvement in the sector continues through leadership roles with the Australian Childcare Alliance and The Fraser Foundation, an initiative established to support early childhood educators nationally.

Little Scholars' educational curriculum is known internally as "The Collective." Drawing inspiration from the Reggio Emilia approach, it provides play-based and holistic learning opportunities for children from six weeks to school age. The philosophy focuses on encouraging curiosity, creativity, exploration, and independent discovery instead of relying on rote instruction. Each campus operates as a "Learn & Play Studio" with programs designed for different stages of childhood development, including Nursery & Infant Care, Toddler Programs, Junior & Senior Kindy, Kindergarten, and Before/After-School and Vacation Care.

The organisation offers several specialised programs that form part of its broader approach to early childhood learning. These include the Stingless Bees program, a nature-based beekeeping initiative, and an Intergenerational Program that connects children with elderly community members through "Grandfriends". Other offerings include Outdoor Explorers (Bush Kinder), Wondernest VR, and the Family Time Program, which provides additional family support through on-campus services and take-home meals. Little Scholars also uses the Abecedarian Reading approach as a structured early literacy method and incorporates an Environment and Sustainability focus throughout its campuses.

Little Scholars operates under The Scholars Group corporate structure and emphasises its independent, family-owned identity in contrast to larger corporate childcare chains such as Goodstart, G8 Education, and Guardian Childcare. The organisation highlights its capacity for centre-level decision-making without the corporate bureaucracy associated with larger childcare operators. Its long-term direction is expressed through the "2036 Vision," a stated benchmark for the organisation's future growth and quality.

Little Scholars maintains an active online presence focused on parenting, early education, and engagement with families. The organisation publishes parenting and early-education articles through its blog and regularly shares content through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Each of its 17 campuses also operates its own claimed Google Business Profile, reflecting the organisation's location-based service model throughout South East Queensland.
