Headshots LA® is a professional photography studio founded in 2010 by Los Angeles photographer Joshua Michael Shelton. The company is headquartered in the South Park district of Downtown Los Angeles, California, near LA Live, Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The studio specializes in professional headshot and portrait photography for actors, models, executives, entrepreneurs, corporate teams and other professionals. Its services include actor and theatrical headshots, commercial casting headshots, corporate and business portraits, LinkedIn profile photography, personal-branding portraits, child-actor headshots, modeling digitals, graduation portraits and team photography.

Every Headshots LA session is photographed personally by founder Joshua Michael Shelton. Shelton’s background in fashion, celebrity and editorial photography influences the studio’s visual approach, which combines carefully controlled lighting and editorial polish with natural expressions and realistic presentation.

Sessions include individual direction involving posture, expression, posing and camera angles. Clients also receive guidance on wardrobe and how their images will be used for casting, agency submissions, company websites, LinkedIn, press materials and other forms of professional marketing.

Headshots LA operates from a private studio at 1130 S Flower Street, Suite 201, in Downtown Los Angeles. The company also provides on-location photography for companies, executive teams, offices, events and other organizations throughout Los Angeles, including Hollywood, Burbank, Santa Monica and Pasadena.

The studio works with clients ranging from new performers and business professionals to established actors, public figures and corporate clients. Its photography services are designed for film, television and commercial casting, modeling-agency submissions, professional networking, corporate communications and personal branding.
